1、 Overview
The DF type starch specific pump is a horizontal, single-stage, single suction centrifugal pump developed by our company based on the production process characteristics of the starch industry through relevant research departments and experts. It is an ideal specialized equipment suitable for the starch industry and completely solves the problems of vulnerable seals and short component life of general centrifugal pumps. Its size and performance comply with the ISO2858 standard.

3、 Design Features
Designed entirely around factors such as the medium, operating conditions, and usage requirements conveyed by the starch industry. The impeller adopts a rear opening design, a wide flow channel, is not easily blocked, and generates a pressure relief effect. It has good sealing effect and a long service life. The seal is a mechanical seal (special seal) and is equipped with a water cooling device and three imported bearings. Due to the scientific, reasonable, and innovative design of the sealing and suspension components of the pump, it operates smoothly, with low noise and high efficiency.
The material of the pump's overcurrent components is precision cast 1Cr18Ni9Ti, and there are also materials such as 304, 316, 316L, CD4MCu available for users to choose from.
